Brokers/Advisors

CLAIMS

Clients will be required to quote their certificate number on all correspondence with the Claims Department.  Contact admin@acurehealth.com if your client doesn't have this number handy.  Contact information for the Claims Department is available here.


APPLICATION FORMS

Scan and email forms to: apply@acurehealth.com. If client is paying annually by cheque, have cheque make payable to MSH INTERNATIONAL (Canada) Ltd. Advise us when submitting the application that a cheque is being sent in.  We will advise you who at MSH to send the cheque to via courier or mail. Please do not sent directly to MSH without contacting us first as it will cause delays processing your client's application.


WELCOME PACKAGES

As of March 1, 2015, all Welcome Packages are sent directly to the Insured Client/Member, not to the broker.
